STB – SYSTEM TEST BENCH

The HYDAC System Test Bench (STB) is the latest evolution of highly integrated, modular test systems. Designed for applications with complex ECU architectures and a large number of channels, the STB enables hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) testing to ensure the safety-compliant and reliable verification of your electronic control systems.

Tailored for validation and fault-injection testing, the HYDAC STB comes fully equipped with sensors, actuators, and fault simulation on every pin. Complex wiring of the test bench is no longer necessary. All functional and fault-injection tests can be performed immediately on any pin without additional effort. Plug-and-play and save time.

Adjustments can even be made during runtime. Configuration for specific applications is conveniently performed via the target software remotely from a PC.

Not only does the HYDAC STB simulate your sensors, but it also provides integrated electronic load simulation with up to 150 W per channel across all output channels.

HYDAC STB—flexible, compact, efficient & effective

The HYDAC STB is scalable and grows with your requirements:

  • Modular expandability for multi‑ECU E/E architecture
  • Easy integration of additional rack units via plug & play
  • Optionally integrated into our MATCH toolchain
  • Easily swap projects: just connect your controller, and the software will do the rest
