MATCH is a TÜV-certified software suite for the development and maintenance of control software for mobile machinery. The platform provides optimally coordinated solutions across the machine’s entire life cycle.

With MATCH, you can rapidly design and realize new applications for complex vehicle or machine controls, but also quickly redesign existing machines, machine parts and functions. MATCH enables time savings of up to 50%.

Development according to the V-model. Testing included.

MATCH supports you in the development of application software according to the V-model, beginning from requirements management, with continuously consistent data. As standard, all the test procedures required in the V-model are included and can be immediately implemented. All the project information is available in the test environment.

Open standard IDE.

With MATCH, the actual functional development of the machine is carried out in standardised, freely available development environments, for example in C (Eclipse) or CODESYS^© or MATLAB/SIMULNK^©. So, each user can select the development environment freely.

Robust and hardware independent.

Design the architecture and basis for your software at the click of a mouse using special middleware, tailored for mobile machinery, and robust, tested library function blocks. Standardised software packages run on all the controllers. The middleware decouples the specific hardware requirements. Through that, easy portability to other hardware systems is ensured.

Safety ready.

In MATCH, functional safety is integrated right from the start. The embedding of safety standards is supported by all sections of the program and takes place, so to say, at the touch of a button – right to safety levels SIL2 / PLd / AgPLd. All safety-relevant components are TÜV certified.

Multi-controller capable.

MATCH supports application development at machine level. Functions that require the seamless interplay of several control units and displays can be easily implemented.

With the PDT (Project Definition Tool), TSE (Test and Simulation Environment) and MST (Machine Service Tool) tools, robust middleware tailored to suit mobile machinery (MATCH Core), extensively tested library modules and an open standard IDE, you can develop and maintain your control systems consistently across their entire lifecycle.
