Die Herausforderung<\/strong><\/p>\n

Herk\u00f6mmliche Lenkungssysteme lassen oft zu w\u00fcnschen \u00fcbrig: Mechanische Kopplungen zwischen Zugfahrzeug und Anh\u00e4nger sind nur mit Aufwand an andere Fahrzeugkonfigurationen anpassbar und sie sind zudem anf\u00e4llig f\u00fcr St\u00f6rungen und Verschlei\u00df. Denn mechanische Verbindungen k\u00f6nnen sich verbiegen, brechen oder beim Koppeln besch\u00e4digt werden. Und je mehr Komponenten im Spiel sind, desto gr\u00f6\u00dfer die Gefahr von Verschlei\u00df \u2013 nicht nur an den Reifen, sondern auch an der mechanischen Verbindung. Das bedeutet hohe Wartungskosten, geringe Effizienz und immer wieder auch Stillstand \u2013 oft genau dann, wenn Sie sich einen Ausfall am wenigsten leisten k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n

Die L\u00f6sung<\/strong><\/p>\n

Wir haben eine Lenkung entwickelt, die diese Probleme l\u00f6st: ADSteer Profi.<\/strong> Die elektrohydraulische Zusatzlenkung arbeitet ohne mechanische Kopplungen zwischen Zugfahrzeug und Anh\u00e4nger. Das reduziert den Verschlei\u00df erheblich und erh\u00f6ht gleichzeitig die Robustheit der L\u00f6sung. Nichts kann sich verbiegen oder abbrechen.<\/p>\n

ADSteer Profi <\/strong>bietet maximale Flexibilit\u00e4t f\u00fcr Anh\u00e4nger mit einer Starrachse und einer oder mehreren gelenkten Achsen. Unabh\u00e4ngig davon, welches Zugfahrzeug zum Einsatz kommt, lenkt das System querkraftfrei um die Starrachse und schont dadurch die Reifen.<\/p>\n

ADSteer Profi<\/strong> \u00fcberzeugt zudem durch seine Anwenderfreundlichkeit: Die Softwareapplikation funktioniert mit den vorgegebenen Lenkwinkeln und einer Vielzahl von Drehzahlsensoren der Achslieferanten. \u00c4nderungen an der Konfiguration wie der Wechsel von Reifendurchmessern oder Achsabst\u00e4nden k\u00f6nnen direkt vom Endkunden flexibel und schnell im System umgesetzt werden. Ein weiteres Plus: Bei verf\u00fcgbarer ISOBUS-Schnittstelle<\/strong> auf dem Zugfahrzeug kann die Lenkung ohne zus\u00e4tzliches Display eingebunden und genutzt werden. F\u00fcr Maschinen ohne ISOBUS ist nat\u00fcrlich auch eine separate Display-L\u00f6sung<\/strong> verf\u00fcgbar.<\/p>\n
