TSE – Test and Simulation Environment

The MATCH application is tested with the Test and Simulation Environment (TSE) – during development as well as after completion.

TSE supports all the test levels based on the V-model and enables module, integration, system and application tests. All the application information created in PDT, including the information of the requirements management, can be provided using import functions with the click of a mouse in TSE.

For practical tests directly on the controller hardware, one or several Remote Test Benches can be used, for example. In addition to the real RTB, the TSE also provides a “virtual” test bench.

The system is “Ready for Test” once the data is imported and the test bench environment (RTB) is set up. The integrated interfaces ensure direct access and modification of parameters, options and default settings of the application project as well as error management and CAN communication.

Use TSE to

  • create, manage and document your test projects
  • control and configure the Remote Test Bench (RTB) for machine simulation
  • combine all the controllers into one machine test project
  • simulate your embedded application on the PC and to implement software tests on the virtual test bench
  • automate your tests with the test script interface and to combine them in test suites
  • generate documents with the test results at the click of a button
